Texas… Originally went thinking I’d probably do it for 5-10 years for the Swerve Strickland the Realest shirt to live abroad and then move back to AU. I don’t understand the hate people put on these parts of the US, it’s like West Aust but better in almost every way. It has to be growing up somewhere and a desire to seek out anything different to that environment. It would explain why so many in the US are happy when they migrate and vice versa. I’m actually back in WA at the moment visiting family, the first time since COVID. It’s fine to visit, but there’s no motivation to move back.
