Also at that level getting the ball in to a playmakers hands always has the potential for big yards. I’d imagine this would be refined some for the college level since they are better at snapping, punting, blocking consistently. So it’s worth it to keep in mind it wasn’t just aggressive play to always go for 2, onside, not punt, it was also a philosophy to reduce mistakes on low reward plays. It would be interesting to see this thinking applied at the college level. It would be more interesting if it was done by a team that could move the ball.
